REFUNDS

After receiving your refund request and inspecting the services purchased, we will process your refund at our own discretion. After receiving your refund request, we will promptly review the services purchased and update you by email at key steps in the review process (receipt, decision, and refund issuance). Refunds may take a reasonable amount of time to be processed once approved and may require 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
